Hi, I'm Graham. And I wanted to briefly explain why I'm doing this study. Over the past few years, I've seen hundreds of AI prototypes created that go nowhere. They don't become part of how an organisation actually works. Now, I don't think that's simply a technology problem. And Bill Gates, in his recent essay on the turbulent AI era, put it plainly. AI can improve people's lives and work, but that won't happen automatically. Product teams and their wider organisations still have real blind spots about how to get there. My aim is to help understand those blind spots and build a community of people experiencing the shift firsthand, so we can learn from each other's experience. At the end, you'll receive a personal summary of your answers. When enough eligible responses are available, it will also show how your answers compare with the current study benchmark. I write regularly about what I find, and I may explore some experiences more deeply, but always asking you first. Individual responses will remain private, unless you separately agree to be named, and there are no right answers here. This isn't a test and I'm interested in your real experience.
